As the project moves from the planning to execution phase, we commence project control and reporting activities allowing ourselves and the client to have a clear and regular understanding of progress and any necessary change. Usually, subject to client requirement, all of the planning, execution, control and reporting information will be highly visible to our clients who will have access to our secure online project collaboration tool.
